Gent-Wevelgem - In Flanders Fields

Gent-Wevelgem is an international WorldTour cycling classic that attracts the best riders every year. The wind and the hills (with the notorious Kemmelberg) of the Heuvelland make the race hard.

The race follows a unique route through the area that was the setting of the First World War 100 years ago. This is why the subtitle ‘In Flanders Fields’ is added to the classic’s name.

Gent-Wevelgem is played out one week ahead of the Ronde van Vlaanderen. On Wednesday you also have Dwars Door Vlaanderen. Perfect week to plan your cycling vacation!
